If you choose to self cater we have a few guidelines that must be followed. Your group has use of our staging area only, no commercial kitchen access. Staging area has a sink, tables, refrigerator, freezer, and warmer (when available). We do not allow any cooking on site. No one under the age of 15 allowed in staging area. We require a deposit.
